Reservation Policy

We have a 3 day cancellation policy, to cancel or change your reservation days please let us know at least 72 hours before your arrival date, otherwise you will be charged for one night stay.  NOTE: NO ELEVATOR ON PROPERTY.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY:  Holiday reservations require a seven (7) day advance notice to cancel reservations.  If cancellation is received after the seven (7) days, guest will be charged for the first nights stay.

Late check-ins need to make arrangements with Innkeeper prior to arrival. Office hours 8:00AM to 9:00PM.  Same day reservations after 9:00PM local hotel time will not be honored.

 

Policies:  All rooms are NON Smoking. There will be a $250 cleaning charge for rooms with smoke odor or room damages.

NOTE: DO NOT over flow tubs. There will be a $ 250.00 fee plus damages.

ITEMS REMOVED FROM ROOM(S):  You will be financially responsible for items removed from rooms, i.e., Bottle Openers, Glasses, Alarm Clocks, Ice Buckets, Towels, Hair Dryers, etc

The Wharf Master's Inn is NOT responsible for items left in room(s) or vehicles.

 

Pets: Dogs are welcome in designated dog friendly rooms, extra charges apply.(Dog weight maximum 30 lbs and under).

Rates are for double occupancy, up to one extra person is allowed (extra person fees apply, no charge for children 5 years and under). Room tax is additional to quoted rates. Reservations may be secured by deposit of first night's room rate.

Rate Policy

Rate: Reservations not canceled with a 72 hour notice do incur a penalty fee of the first night's rate plus tax. This does include no shows.  All Major Holidays require a deposit equaling the first night's stay.  The remainder balance shall be due upon check-in.  Holiday reservations require a 7 day cancellation notice. Reservations cancelled within the 7 day time frame will be charged for the first night's stay including tax.

 

Refund Policy

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Reservations canceled within the 72 hour or 3 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night.
