| The historic Wharf Master's Inn is a very special place, unlike any location for mendocino weddings. From here, you can see migrating whales, harbor seals, migrating birds such as tundra swans, black cormorants, pelicans and swallows. In addition wild flowers are abundant, and the bluffs above our hotel have some of the rarest coastal varieties in the country.
We have a lovely, private, open grass center courtyard that would be perfect for an outdoor gathering. You could put up a tent if you desire. Additionally, the entire inn (23 luxurious rooms and two suites) can be rented in order to accommodate family and friends (and yourselves of course), affording the utmost in privacy. Many utilize the hotel for receptions as well as the center courtyard provides enough square footage for adequate seating and food preparation. The last area of interest for a wedding on the property is the breathtaking bluff overlooking the Arena Cove, perfect for a small group.
